Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

This page is maintained by Half Term Life. It is a starting-point template — please have a solicitor review before using commercially.

1. The service

Half Term Life provides AI-generated travel recommendations for UK families. The output is for guidance only. Availability, prices, and details change constantly — you are responsible for verifying anything before booking.

2. Free trial

Each browser is entitled to one free search. Additional searches and the full concierge itinerary require a paid purchase.

3. Pricing

The concierge itinerary is £29 during launch (rising to £49). Prices are inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless stated. Promo codes may reduce or waive the fee.

4. No refunds

Due to the nature of this product — an instantly-delivered digital service that generates AI-curated recommendations on demand — all sales are final and no refunds will be given. By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge that the service is supplied immediately and you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the first curated result has been generated.

5. No booking or agency relationship

Half Term Life is not a travel agent, tour operator, or ATOL-protected booking provider. All bookings are made directly by you with the third-party supplier (e.g. Booking.com, Fora Travel). Their terms apply to those bookings.

6. Accuracy

AI recommendations may occasionally include inaccurate names, prices, or descriptions. Always verify hotel details, flight times, and costs with the operator before booking.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, resell outputs, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
