Information we collect
- The answers you submit in the trip brief (holiday period, airport, budget, travellers, style, priorities, hotel preferences).
- Basic usage information stored locally in your browser (e.g. how many free searches you have used).
- If you purchase a concierge itinerary, payment details are handled by our payment processor — we do not store card numbers.
How we use it
Your trip brief is sent to our AI provider only to generate your three options. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your inputs for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to remember your free-search count. We do not use third-party tracking cookies at this time.
Data retention
Trip briefs are processed to generate a response and are not stored on our servers by default. Payment records are retained as required by law.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to complain to the ICO. Contact us using the email above to exercise these rights.
Subprocessors
We use trusted providers to run the service, including our AI provider and payment processor. A full list is available on request.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
